1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- To ensure the highest quality and authenticity of your NEUTRL SPACE purchase, we kindly ask that all items remain unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the tag intact for returns or exchanges.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- We do not accept returns for final sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalized products.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Submit a Request: Contact us at info@neutrlspaceny.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if necessary.
- Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
- Ship the Item: You must return the item within [X] days of approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
3. REFUND POLICY
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only processed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or a refund instead.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- NEUTRL SPACE is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
